The mattress is not cool. First, check if the water adding steps are correct. Add 1/2 of the water to the water tank, then turn on the machine to let the water flow towards the mattress, followed by adding 3/4 of the water and turning on the machine. Second, check if the gear is at its maximum range. Third, ensure the running time is 20-30 minutes, as a shorter duration may result in insufficient cooling. Additionally, a water-cooled mattress can only lower the body temperature by 3-8°C. If the area is too hot, the water-cooled mattress should be used in conjunction with air conditioning for better results.

Regarding the water tank leakage, if the water overflows from the top, it means there is too much water. Open the black plug at the bottom to allow some water to flow out. If the overflow is from other parts of the machine, the water pipe in the water tank may be loose and needs to be disassembled and reconnected. If the water tank is damaged, a new machine will be sent directly.

If any of the above issues persist, please seek assistance from us, and we will help resolve the problem. If it still cannot be resolved, a new machine will be provided.
